02 Jun artichokes on toast
Sometimes tired cooks need to have stuff on toast for dinner. Put jarred artichokes to use by pairing them with goat cheese and sourdough.
Artichokes on Toast
Prep Time: 10 minutes
4 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of soft goat cheese
8 jarred artichokes hearts
2 tablespoons of your favourite green pesto
A few leaves of fresh basil
- Toast the bread.
- Slather each slice of bread with goat cheese.
- Top with the jarred artichokes.
- Add a drizzle of pesto.
- Finish with a few torn leaves of fresh basil.
