It was a pleasure to collaborate with the multi award-winning agency Rothco on creating a series of ten videos for Cuisine de France in 2013. This series looked at highlighting Cuisine de France’s newer line of loaves alongside some old favourites too.
Recipes included croissant french toast, brown bread ice-cream and a fig and mozzarella ciabatta sandwich.
